The crew here was fantastic. Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I was able to watch the technician’s doing their work. They knew there job and performed exceptionally well and fast. Great first time experience, at the tires now in Covington , the service didn’t take very long, super convenient. Bringing all my cars here for alignment work

This was my second trip to Tires Now. Very easy to make appt online or by phone. Exceptional service and friendliness of staff. However, what I told the rep had happened did not get relayed correctly to the tech, who was told to look for a dashboard puncture warning light when I told the desk rep twice it had gone off the day of my visit. Another item was also misrepresented to the tech. I left feeling sheepish. Will probably return though. No explanation for puncture light sudden appearance. Otherwise I'd be giving a 5-star rating.

Fast, helpful and fairly priced! Definitely going to return here in the future. I suggest you go!
