The lady who helped me was really nice but when I walked in she was busy on the phone and there was an older gentleman sitting next to her so I went up to him and told him I had an appointment. He had his back turned to me the whole time and rudely said I’m done for the day you gotta wait for her. That sets a very bad first impression and as someone who works in customer service myself I didn’t appreciate that. He could’ve done a billion other things that would’ve been acceptable or at least look me in the eyes and be respectful.

Best Tire fixed a slow leak in the front right tire of my son's car. The technician was fast, courteous, and didn't charge to repair the tire. This is the kind of business that has earned my business!

I had a Fabulous experience with Best Tire Kent. Being a female, I always worry about being taken advantage of when it comes to maintaining my car. O'Neal was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure my needs were met. I'm very satisfied with my new tires. Excellent customer service. He also gave me a referral for other services needed on my car. Unfortunately, Best Tire doesn't do what I need done, but he knew exactly who to send me to. I am a very happy and satisfied customer.
