I have been a happy customer of your Kent location for several years. I made an appointment for today to do a simple alignment and rotation, a service I have had several times on the same vehicle. I arrived an hour early and asked if they could squeeze me in as I saw an empty alignment rack. A counter employee rudely stated I had to come back at my appointment time and they were too busy. Later, I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and the counter people serviced a walk-in customer at my appointment time instead of honoring my appointment. It was then 35 minutes before my vehicle was put on the alignment rack, despite there being 4 employees sitting on their phones in the side office. Additionally, I asked the check in person to align my front wheels to neutral camber. When the technician parked my truck, I asked him, and he simply stated, "its in spec", but it is still positive 2.5 degrees on each side, which is not what I wanted. Went I went to check out, the counter employee then informed me that because I bought my 3 year warranty before August of last year, that it was "not in their new system" despite me still having over 1 year left on my warranty. The counter people were rude and unhelpful. Over the years, I have sent several friends, car club members and acquaintances to this shop for their service. That ended today and I will no longer be a customer of this shop, or Best Tire. Furthermore, I will advise all of my friends and car club members to steer clear of the shop. I am flabbergasted at the appalling service today.
