I was impressed by how fast and accurate the service was. I booked my appointment through their website, which allowed me to text with an employee. I got in within a couple days, and was out driving my aligned car quicker than expected. They were very accommodating to my lowered car. EDIT: I came back because I modified the steering wheel in my car. The alignment was off, so I messaged BTC, and they said to come right in. I was able to get fixed up within half an hour. The best part, they said I didn’t owe anything since it was within their one year warranty from the last time I had an alignment. I confirmed even though it was because I altered something new on my car. And yes, they honored the warranty. I’m blown away and made sure I tipped the technician (Bobby). They’re the only place I’ll take my car for alignments now.
