Dealing with the acting manager yesterday was one of the worst experience I’ve ever had. Instead of recommending, he tried to sell me four sets of tires even though my rear tires were still good. I left the shop mad and will never deal with that person again. I still need to replace my front tires so I either talk with the regular manager or I will need to go someplace else.

Excellent! If I could rate a 10 star I definitely would. The customer service is above any other I've received elsewhere. Brandon was extremely professional, courteous, polite and friendly. Within 24 hours he was able to get me in, change my ready to blow out tire, explain why I needed an alignment, quoted me 2 back tire costs and charged me a lower cost on tire replacement than any other tire center here in the Covington Kent area! BTW my tires are a European type tire and they have them in stock whereas other tire centers would of had to order them elsewhere. The tire center itself was extremely clean, waiting room inviting and they even served keurig coffee nice and hot. I'll definitely continue to give them my business plus highly suggest them to family and friends!

I had a great experience here buying new wheels for my Jeep Wrangler. From my first phone call to selecting the type of wheels to the installation. It all went perfectly. I checked pricing as well and I felt good about what I paid. I give kudos to Bill for his kindness and Katie for her expertise and patience while selecting the right wheels. I highly recommend!

I'm surprised, hit pause? My mistake, bought a mercedes car. Selling my gt-r, got the new SL-R. Full mill', you hating. My bad, who's waiting? Ain't about me or my cars, just about that mindset that takes you to Mars. (don't like report these very inspirational comments)

Great experience here, staff is very friendly. Got my modified car in for an alignment and had me out within 30-40 mins. Appointments are awesome since they get you in as soon as the next spot opens even if someone was there before you. Overall great service! Will be going back with all of my vehicles
