Amazing customer service by far!!! I am very critical of customer service, being in healthcare it is something very important to me and I can be a harsh judge but tbis place gets my 2 thumbs up for sure!!!!

After going from place to place looking for wheels and tires for a tire I blew in the snow, I was tired of driving on a spare. I had trouble getting anyone to find me options that I liked. I set an appointment with Best Tire Center online and got a call from Brandon and he was incredibly helpful sending me same day options for wheels and tires. He called me at 10am and I was in and out with new tires and wheels on one car, swapped the old wheels on to my second car and both aligned by 3:15pm on the same day. Would highly recommend as they also saved me money with wheel and tire packages and alignment promotions too!

Today was absolutely 💯👌❤Best Tire Center took 3 trips to see to it my family had wheels above and beyond is not even a great enough phrase for the gratefulness in my heart ...Best Quality Service And Professionalism...oh and did I say Best Price........yes

Omg I love the best tire center they went above and beyond to fix my tires I had no way to get my car to there shop and they drove 26 min away to take my tires off and drove back 26 min away to there shop put On my new tires and brought them back To put them back on they stayed 2hrs past closing time and I am beyond grateful to them helping me in a traumatic situation means the most there the best🥳🥳

Les Schwab absolutely screwed me in Renton and tried to get over $750 when I came in for an alignment, I even went as far as to personally have my mechanic replace the tie rods of my vehicle (both left and right, inner and outer) and then returned to the schwab in Renton and they told me that I still needed over $600 worth of repairs. I took my vehicle to this location and from the 1st 2 minutes I knew I was in a completely different environment with a completely different group of people who had a completely different objective.. Alex is a Boss... (not literally) he made me feel like I was in SUPER good hands. He not only loves his job, he loves cars (ask to see his... its SICK!) and it shows. His associate Brody, buddy is Solid as they come... if you ask me. Ive never had better alignment service in Washington. P.s. I brought a set of rims that I Personally painted, they got those bad boys mounted without making a single scratch. * update! It is now 2022 and I tried to have an alignment done under my 3 year alignment package, but a young lady told me that they cannot access their records and they cannot honor it unless I have original paperwork. Smh... I don't. Thought they maintained their records. It's only been a year and a half.
