Truly is the best tire center I have been to. I’m not the most knowledgeable when it comes to wheels and tires. I went shopping around at close to 5 different shops just trying to get information on the right sizing and different options. No one was helpful and told me to just go look online and come back when I picked one. Best Tire Center was extremely helpful in giving me options on what was available for my car. Even took my car in and placed my choice onto the car to see what it looked like before I chose to purchase the set of wheels. No upselling on wheels or tires here, they really just want to get you exactly what you need at the right price. I purchased warranty protections and alignment package because I trust them that much. It has already come in handy since I purchased it in August, having 2 tires replaced after a road hazard on the freeway and a nail removed from one tire all under warranty. I won’t trust any other shop with my wheels and tires since I have given them my business as they have the best knowledge and customer service around. Katie and Brandon are a joy to talk to and have outstanding customer service, definitely recommend to everyone I know!

Full set of tires in stock day of no appointment. Took less than 35 min the manager brandon was friendly and honest, gave me the best price in kent by almost 25%. Highly recommend friendly staff and didnt try to sell me something i didn't need.

Easily the best tire place I’ve been to and the only one I’ll be going back to. Phenomenal customer service and much better prices than Les Schwab, discount tire, etc. Highly recommended!

Great customer service:)

Came in for a tire change, left with 4 new tires and a missing Tire pressure sensor. They broke my Tire pressure sensor, removed it and told me it was still on the car with a programming issue, making it show up as faulty in the dashboard. Later when I took it to another BTC, they told me it had been removed earlier which doesn’t give me any good vibes at all. On top of all of this, the BTC in Kent wanted me to dish up another $75 for the sensor they broke. No Thanks. This seems more like a problem with this location rather than all BTC, as my experiences other times have been good.
