Came in for a tire change, left with 4 new tires and a missing Tire pressure sensor. They broke my Tire pressure sensor, removed it and told me it was still on the car with a programming issue, making it show up as faulty in the dashboard. Later when I took it to another BTC, they told me it had been removed earlier which doesn’t give me any good vibes at all. On top of all of this, the BTC in Kent wanted me to dish up another $75 for the sensor they broke. No Thanks. This seems more like a problem with this location rather than all BTC, as my experiences other times have been good.
I apologize for the miscommunication between your visits at the Kent and Everett location. Best Tire Center in Kent is very sorry for the missing sensor that was not addressed before you left, but please believe that it was not our intention to leave out or break the sensor during the rebuild process of the TPMS kit. If there is anything we can do to make things right for you at Kent BTC, please let us know, we will be reaching out to you. We always strive to ensure the safety of the customer's vehicles and the happiness of their drivers.
