I called and Katie was able to answer all my questions very quickly and they did a great job with the rims and tires on my truck. I have sat in Les Schwab and 4 wheel Parts both for hours waiting on a rim and tire assembly/install/alignment and one of these places (rimes with real art’s) blew my studs apart and then tried to blame my truck. Failing to realize that they had installed what they were working on the week before. This was easy ! In and out and everyone way very polite super friendly and the best prices I found. I will be going back :)

Customer Service from Katie was outstanding! She’s not only on the ball with her knowledge of tires and the company but was very welcoming and personable. Service was quick and prices were far below other options with better tire brands. We purchased tire protection as well and I feel so happy to know we are fully covered and will be back in this shop if we get the good old unfortunate nail in the tire!

The representatives were kind, provided basic education on tires, and were efficient. Really good experience. I appreciated their tactful explanation and honesty.

Very competitive with Costco Tires. When I want standard ordinary tires I go to Costco buuut went here for the Falkens for my SUV and they are great tires on highway, off-road, and in the snow! Both times I have been here they have been great with customer service, timeliness and the quality of service performed. I highly recommend this place.
