I had the privilege of being served by Katie and Joe as I experienced the excellent customer service of Best Tire Center in Kent! I called about having a flat tire repaired and Katie responded that I could bring it right in and they would fix it quickly. When I arrived, Joe greeted me and made me feel welcome while I waited. My tire repair proved to be a little difficult due to the angle that the nail went into the tire, but Joe made sure that the leak was completely resolved before sending me on my way. While I was in the waiting area, I also observed how Joe interacted with the other customers that came in. He treated each of them with respect and courtesy as if each person was a VIP. Thank you, Brandon, for having such an excellent team of employees! Katie and Joe are excellent representatives of your store. Your excellent customer service sets you apart from your competitors!

What’s the point of making an appointment if you are going to take walk in customers before my appointment? My vehicle sat there for 30 min before they touched it. I asked what was taking so long to get started on my vehicle when I had made an appointment ahead of time and they said that there were walk-ins in front of me and they had to go to the Auburn warehouse to pickup my tires. Again, what is the point of making an appointment if you aren’t going to go pickup my tires until my appointment time? You should’ve already done that, instead of wasting my time.
