Checked my tires and let me know what was needed to be done for replacement. Didn't charge me for checking my tire pressure or the tire assessment. The technician also turned off my run flat tire gauge after they found out all of my tires were appropriately inflated. Very nice people to work with. Despite them not being an official Michelin tire replacement Center for my warranty , their professional assessment was still able to be used for my Michelin tire replacement which was still under warranty. I would have definitely used this facility to change my tires out if the warranty was able to be used at their location.

I came in with a tire that kept losing air. I stopped at Les Schwab first and there was a 2 1/2 wait or I could get an appt for 2 days from then. I left and stopped at Tires Now and 20 minutes later, I was out the door with a repaired tire (it had a nail in it). They were so polite and I will go there from now on!
