Felix, Katie and the entire staff at Best Tire in Covington, upon initial contact via phone provided professional, prompt, courteous, timely and quality customer care as soon as I walked through the door. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff which made me feel comfortable, and put me at ease with my purchase selections. Felix initiated dialogue via messenger and pulled in Katie to assist with providing pictures of tires and wheels and estimated pricing which peaked my interest immediately. These two work very well together and it’s obvious they enjoy their job and take great pride in delivering quality customer care. Certainly a team worth emulating and demonstrated the essence of a “Best Tire Center.” This was an important decision for me as I begin market research a month ago exploring options from various websites and visiting other tire Companies in Lakewood and the a Best Tire Center in Parkland. I became frustrated and almost postponed my purchase until I reached out to Felix. Through ongoing observations of how Felix and Katie managed their workload, handled customers and interacted with employees was impressive. I’m not really sure how long I waited for my car because they stayed on tasks with promptly answering all my questions and assured me that I would be completely satisfied with the outcome which exceeded my expectations. I used Acima Credit to purchase my 24” tires and wheels, alignment, and all 4 tire sensors. Katie walked me through the entire process which made it simple and painless and only took less than 10 minutes to get approved and complete the entire application process. These are the unsung heroes that have been there for their customers during the entire pandemic and deserve recognition and additional compensation for their self’s services. Very friendly and accommodating, I had my trailer tires replaced, trailer with boat on was left hooked to my truck.. no available space in the front so they lead me in the back lot so I don’t have to unhook my truck.. I will recommend this place to friends and family! Thanks guys

Absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in Covington- the girl at the front desk was knowledgeable outgoing and very very very helpful- they earned a customer for life oh n be great process and they even priced matched competition without checking or making me feel cheap. The remark text and will call if you reach out to them. Also, I asked them a few questions and got a response in an amazing seconds later
