I called on the to find out if they did alignments on my particular vehicle. I also mention that I needed to try and find myself some used tires because my budget was not quite right for new tires just yet. The associate on the phone mention that they had a few used tires in my tire size that could work for my car if I was interested that were like me. I went in so the tires they quickly got them on and I was out the door faster than I expected. I felt that because their service in my lunch was outstanding I would recommend this place to anyone.

I love them! Everybody there is so kind, helpful, and professional. Katie went over all over my options and took great care of me. I bought brand new rims and was stressing about finding tires for a good price and fast because my old tires were completely bald. I had brand new tires on my new rims the next day. And the guys putting my wheels on my car were funny and very nice. Will for sure be returning!

What’s up y'all?! Straight up, Felix (Manager), Katie, and team always make sure I’m straight. They’re professional, personable, and human. They actually communicate with you throughout the entire process. Something came up the first time I took my car here and Felix brought me into the bay my car was in and explained to me what was happening so I could see it for myself! Shops don’t do this anymore people and that meant a lot to me. We as a community need to continue to support businesses and people like this, they’re great examples of how a business should be ran. The team is super knowledgeable, reliable, and HONEST. You can count on being satisfied with Best Tire.

Took my car in to have a tire repaired at Best Tire Center in Covington. 🌝 The previous day, I had taken it to a well-known tire center, and they wouldn't even fix my tire unless I replaced it, which typically means all tires need replacing. Said they were too worn. Visually, they have plenty of mileage left on them. I called Best Tire, they took me in right away. Felix, the Manager(?), did say the tires were getting "thin", but were most likely good for the summer. Fixed my tire (it had a 2" screw in it) at no charge. Excellent customer service, top of the line equipment, very clean shop. It will now be my new tire store. They sell all brands of tires, as well as some pretty beautiful rims. Prices are very reasonable. Please give them a shout if you need any tire repair, new tires or rims, alignment, etc. Great bunch of people. Thank you, Felix, for not taking advantage of this recent widow lady. I appreciate it beyond words. You guys are the BEST TIRE CENTER!! 🌝🌝🌝

Price/tire actually 4 dollars cheaper than best online price. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, no attempt at additional services, and very timely work. The quote over the phone was honored a week later after the tire price increased on the website. They actually care about the services they offer and I will be back.
