Went in on Memorial Day and they got me right in right away even though they were quite busy! I will for sure be coming back for any wheel or tire needs.

Went there for wheel alignment, my car was pulling to the right after I right when I left. I asked them to refund and they denied.

I’m new to Washington State and took my car to get some repairs at an Auto-body shop next to BTC, Best Tire Center. Had a slow leak in my back tire and was upfront about not having income currently for a new tire. Instead of turning me away, they staff let me know they did free tire slow leak repairs. They found a small nail, repaired the tire, AND rotated my tires for free Plus did a free alignment check, all with excellent customer service AND friendly, prompt and competent car care! I will be a loyal customer for years to come and recommend this shop to anyone in need of good tire care!

Had a great experience, customer care was awesome and I always thought nothing was free in this world. Come to realize that patching a tire is free here and I’m thankful for that. Only reason I gave four stars was because the timing. It took 55 mins between getting in and out, other than that thanks guys.
